One thing I like making are pork tenderloins, with a creamy mushroom sauce. Serve them as medallions with the sauce ladled on top. I like making bread dumpling sides, heavy on sage/rosemary and pan fried as well in butter. Helps mop up all that sauce.

For a starter, I make an olive bread (I use Divina olives), and various dips, maybe a nice roasted pepper soup as well.

This is the sort of thing I do on Christmas eve - very boozy.
