I'm studying jesuit chaplaincy, so I will try to align myself in a way to transform low class life into something positive.

The majority of the US will come from illegal immigrants or their children growing up in a couple generations. You can align yourself to center networks where they pursue positive things.

It is looking less like the long Roman decline and more like the collapse at the end of the Iron Age. Many parallels can be drawn.
