Funny how this guy talking condescendingly and ripping on a guy doing an experiment and cooking food for his family, yet the actual chef that has his own restaurant is casually talking shop with OP. Only on the misc

Yea OP either way that looks good. Never had or have dry aged a steak myself. I always see that Guga guy doing dry aged experiments. I might try this at some point. Keep posting your steak threads brah.
