Not Another Teen Movie is pretty good, but the problem with it is it's too close to being another teen movie. The satire isn't too far off from the types of movies it is parodying.
Also would throw the first Naked Gun into the mix.

I actually liked Scary Movie too. Really good parody of Scream IMO.

Went to dinner one night back in 2002 (I believe) with Samm Levine from that movie, and John Frances Daley (childhood friend growing up before he moved to LA). He was dating Christy Carlson Romano at the time (Ren from Even Stevens). He told us a story of how they were having sex on satin/silk sheets and he slipped out and rammed her butt. Slid her clean off the bed.
