Nope.

I have seen someone I love receive CPR and the uncertainty of knowing if they are alive or dead is a scary mental state of mind I can only imagine how they felt but in my state I only wanted to go and be with them and just hope they see another day.

It's a game and whatever money waslostwill be made up, is it a violent game? Sure but I don't think any of those players woke up that day thinking they'd die on the field or come close to it.

serious question here. did this event make Damar more suseptible to injury in future? Is NFL even an option for him moving forward?

i mean this entire situation must have put major stress on his heart in general...and his lungs as we know.

How does this work?

His recovery, and apparently he is awake which is incredible - will be a long, long time. And even after that doubtful he ever could play at that level again. Would be an incredible comeback if he ever did.

Hard to say. That guy (Shawn something?) who pretty much snapped his leg in half on the Clippers ended up making a full comeback and a very productive career. Anyone watching that clip would have said he would be lucky to walk again, much less play in the NBA Finals.
