I don't watch any regularly. The only fitness channel I'm still subbed to is Vintage Genetics (Wes Vissers) as I like Wes's attitude and instructional vids. Zero douchbaggery or filler. The guy is very knowledgeable a I still find myself learning from him despite him being so young.

The only ones I pay any attention to are the recipe related ones like Remington James and the like.

By far the most useful ones, imo.

Seth Feroce, surprised he doesn't get more love on here. His supplements are a bit expensive but are awesome!

He can be pretty annoying, but his actual content is solid.

Seriously??? Guy was exposed as a fraud, and all he does is "So and so exercise is killing your gains....."

I stay away from anyone that's a 'Natty' or claims to be natty. If they lack the general knowledge/commitment to go enhanced I'm skeptical about them (or they are lying).

Yes but you can learn a lot from watching him train. He isn't selling workout programs but discusses what he does openly. In essence hit a muscle 1x per week with high volume and intensity. Pretty much to failure. A lot of IFBB pro's train similar.

For some reason a lot of people (especially those selling workout routines). Fail to explain the importance of high intensity. And TBH if you are trying to hit every muscle 2-3x per week (popular selling point right now) its hard to train that hard and be recovered enough to train the same muscle again in a few days.

Seth just has a ton of knowledge and explains it well.
