I don't watch any regularly. The only fitness channel I'm still subbed to is Vintage Genetics (Wes Vissers) as I like Wes's attitude and instructional vids. Zero douchbaggery or filler. The guy is very knowledgeable a I still find myself learning from him despite him being so young.

Seth Feroce
Fouad Abiad
Mountain Dog
Jay Cutler
Renaissance P.
Tony Huge
I stay away from anyone that's a 'Natty' or claims to be natty. If they lack the general knowledge/commitment to go enhanced I'm skeptical about them (or they are lying).
For some reason a lot of people (especially those selling workout routines). Fail to explain the importance of high intensity. And TBH if you are trying to hit every muscle 2-3x per week (popular selling point right now) its hard to train that hard and be recovered enough to train the same muscle again in a few days.
Seth just has a ton of knowledge and explains it well.
