The best company is you, get used to being lonely. Results weren't immediate, took some time to kick in.

2017+
Began slaying. Kinda got out of control and women dominated my life, the 'rotation' of women lifestyle really is pretty sh!t. Constantly playing text games etc is cringe. To be honest nerdy days were more fulfilling and I sacrificed friendships for poon (big regret). Still was fun and needed to experience it. Also a lot of people have STIs. When this phase was done I realised a lot of friends weren't friends, they were 'associates' people I'd just get drunk with but not meaningful relations. Be willing to distance yourself from these kinda people if you want to better yourself.

Now: Became a Doctor. Got a GF and still keep habits I built up over the past 5-6 years. Starting to get tubbier again but that's due to eating snacks at work. Making strength gains even now. More keen on maintaining friendships and chilling with friends now than nightclubs/bars. Women are so easy* to get now vs at 18 and you realise family/bros/career matter a lot more. You don't need to be 10% BF and have jaw implants to get laid. Seen friends get divorced/break up in insane ways. Never get too comfortable with a girl and become an ogre, I'm getting tubby and I need to lose 5KG ish to have that sweet jawline again but I still like to look good, workout and make time for friends.
