Barter culture is based. It's part of being a functional market. The whole Walmart sets the price thing is a construction of American companies to fuk the market.

I’ve had Indian clients return everything and argue with me over cents.

It just ends up better avoiding doing business with them, but they are all over where I live so I’m glad I got out of sales.

Was $1500 to drywall a whole garage? That chit would have legit been $5k here for drywall, tape, and mud.

Flooring also runs $4-$6/sqft here, but that also includes baseboards/quarter round.

It's just part of Indian culture though, especially if they are rich Indians. They still have a fooking caste system over there, and feel like the poor are there to serve them. They bring that chitty attitude here. srs.
