Well so many here twist words, i am sure that you are observant enough to see this over time, so it forces you to be meticulous and exact with word choice or they say, "so you are saying....."

No not in favor, with what i know so far.
I need to read the report and see how they concluded what they concluded.
You can't just use arbitrary numbers.

I push back when the policy is bad like yesterdays 8-10 people in the California gov thread/post stating age of consent, or something like that.

They must also prove at least two of eight additional criteria, choosing from a list that includes... direct descendant of someone, incarcerated by the failed War on Drugs.

Im assuming, simply being sentenced at some point in ones life would get the bag.

PS, lets not forget the hundreds of black men our VP put in prison for weed.

Yep. Theoretically, if grandma agrees to sling some stuff on the street next to a police station, she, and all of her descendants, require one less qualification on the way to 5 million a head. Not a bad deal. Geriatric prison can’t be that bad, can it?

San Fransisco's black population has continued to fall lower and lower over the last 30 years. the city used to be 10% black in the 80s. today it is half that, in the 5% range. Reasons I've read why the black population has fallen so dramatically is due to high costs, and poor job opportunities in San Fran. and California in general. I imagine the high crime problem is an issue also for why many black Americans have been leaving the city.

Blue run San Fransisco will continue to see fewer black Americans living in the city unless they find a way to pay them lots of money is my guess.

I believe the Illinois city of Evanston, Illinois was experiencing similar black exodus from the city, so Democrat leaders came up with proposed ways to reward the few black Americans remaining in the city.

Who knows what San Fransisco will do, but imagine if they do anything it would be similar to what the Chicago suburb proposed.

A PLAN to award black Americans $25,000 each as part of a slavery reparations program in a Chicago suburb could be rolled out across the United States.

"On Monday, the Evanston city council will vote on a $400,000 round of payments to provide black residents with funds for home repairs, down payments, or mortgage payments."

In before California bails out San Francisco and then US bails out California.

Think what happens in San Francisco won't affect you? Think again. Huge local bailouts should require federal approval if they can't be paid for with local taxes that year.
