i actually think the problems were the office. so the project managers/architects/ engineers, etc. with the points

the corrections coming from the humans. perhaps those mistakes came about because of mistakes from other trades? like someone asked to build a straight wall but putting it at a slight angle?

yall have tradies wrong. at least where i am and at least for union electricians. the private guys i worked with were also like this

theyre like unwittingly snobbish. like the type to be proud about joining the military. pride is good ---> proud about being a pawn for the military (not so good typically), but they don't know this. i could see it more from union guys tbh cause they go through this hierarchy in an apprenticeship, so at the end think they know their chit
