Even if they are still fertile, there's no guarantee that the injection hasn't effected their future offspring in some way. Maybe the genetic damage in ovaries leads to their children having birth defects or being infertile, and you get no grandchildren either way.

The problem with all of this stuff is that nobody is allowed to look. General statistics on stuff like covid injection lethality would be easy to collect and analyze, but doing so would be very bad for your career and maybe even your health.
