Surfing is just swimming in the ocean with some extra steps if you break it all down. Wood working is literally just measuring cutting and swinging a hammer/drilling/sawing etc.Based. I dont have the energy to do more than half the chit listed here but good for you brah
Bit by bit, hobby by hobby, its approachable. Like i said in my other post, you'd be surprised how they compound on one another.

I’m tryin to hit northern cascades heli skiing out of Mazama this season or next cuz it’s only 1500 one day and 4 hours from my house. but I’m fukkin itching so hard to get up into chugash. Ready to spend the 8k for a week and I know some guys who will crush it hard and have the cash to go. Baby needs to get older before I tear another ACL dead ass srs.
Whatever gonna have a clear day at Schweitzer for my kids race next week so might get some footage of hucking some cliffs off lake bowl of snow isn’t terrible. (My daily mountain has no good cliffs just a couple of launches into some steep pitches that can be fun)

I also don't want to go to a guide and be like "hey bro, all the stuff in the movies, I can do it, I just can't do a double cork off it" because they probably won't take me seriously, but also don't want to get stuck riding low elevation/incline stuff with a bunch of kooks that still say they ski "double black diamonds" at apres.
I've heard Schweitzer is rad, my Idaho experience only goes as far as Sun Valley and Grand Targhee. I've really enjoyed montana as of late, and SLC+surrounding areas used to be really awesome before crowds/ikon/epic pass ruined the city and resorts.
They also have some heli operations around there, which, if you're not trying to spend 10k and go to alaska/BC, could be worth checking out.
AK, BC, and Japan are high on my list. Only skied a day at whistler before my bro broke his back on Air Jordan (cliff)

Cooking
hiking/rucking (not in winter though)
soccer
Gardening
That's about it right now tbh. I've become more boring since covid, but a lot of that has to do with 2 years of public instability and insanity. Now no one wants to leave the house and most of my friends left the state.

These days I mostly drink and play pickleball, sometimes both at the same time.

Reading/writing
Baking/cooking
Drawing
Piano (had to stop learning guitar to make time for school)
Gym, yoga all year
Summer: biking, hiking, camping
Winter: skating, snowboarding
Sometimes I'll sew costumes.
Also built a computer to get back into light gaming. Would like to do muay thai again if I had the time.
