I had chronic back pain for years and still do. MY job required me to be physically active. Ended up using alcohol excessively not from just the mental aspects of getting through the pain but the physical as well. It helped me accomplish things physically with less pain. Now, I still have severe back pain coupled with a fuked up liver. It is what it is.

Besides for the bloat, when it acts up I can't chit and want to sleep all day. Honestly carb cycling and working out have helped a chit ton tho. Havent had issues in years.

You don’t get scurvy on a carnivore diet, vitamin c and glucose both compete for the same receptor, the small amount of vitamin c in meat takes care of the tiny amount you need when there’s no carbohydrates present in your diet. you get scurvy on a high carb diet that contains no vitamin c.
