There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!

Virtually every diet rule/theory from 10 years ago or further is bunk. Half of it is outright false, the other half is obvious lobbyist manipulating public opinion through compromised "experts". Same thing with medical industry. If it wasnt for the fitness industry independently overwhelming academia with facts we would still be operating on the "food pyramid" mindset, srs. We, the tax paying cattle of the govt/medical industry, get lied to in a constant barrage of misinformation so we become dumber and more dependent. Whatever they reccomend, do the opposite.

Understand that homo sapien has been eating fruits, nuts and red meat/fish over an open flame, in a large quantity, at once coming from a fasted state for 99.9% (300,000 to 1m years) of our existence. We have been eating grain and various veggies for less than 6,000 years. Which one do you think our body evolved to process better?
