Strange you say this considering you provide the most useless answers in threads like this.

Kinda funny how you can show up to hate, but not to address the topic at hand.

Could always go with tried and true businesses that seem to last through good and bad times.

Liquor stores, Dry Cleaners, Automated Car Washes, Gas Station Convenience store etc. Risk is relatively low depending on area, labor is cheap.
Guy I know started with one drycleaning location and now has like 10 in a medium sized metropolitan area. Doesn't do any of the actual cleaning and uses a service where all the clothes are shipped to a warehouse and cleaned then shipped back to the store. Income isn't millionaire status but mid 6 figures each year. He works like 20 hours a week, sometimes 30 if an employee calls out or something. Goes on 4 vacations a year. Retirement accounts all situated etc. Mid 40's. He could sell each location for 100k plus today if he wanted. Net worth is well into the 7 figure range. Not glamorous but seems like a solid life.
*Updated* If you can't hit a 320 yard drive, are you even a man?

Yes, loser mentality, except for the fact that I'm a business owner. Are you?

Who tried to flex? I was just pointing out that nonslegs is more successful than you are. Speaking 100% factually, having him trolling in this thread is more likely to give OP information on how to become successful than having you here giving advice.

You could get started doing this on craigslist pretty easily if you have a truck. You can take on bigger jobs if you get a trailer.

That's his secret. He hauls and moves things with his big truck.

have a few ideas myself, one in particular i think would work. short on cash atm to fund it though.

If you don’t know I wouldn’t recommend it. Most businesses fail. What makes you think you have what it takes? It’s likely you’ll be in a worse place later than you are now.

If you were at the gym, and you saw an average height and weight guy struggle to bench 1 plate, and then come to you and try to give you benching advice, would you take said advice seriously?

Make something of yourself and then give advice.

I'm bullish on products that contain caffeine. America is addicted to caffeine. Having a product that millions have chemical dependencies on is good business.

Energy drinks is competitive but I'm still blown away at the success of Celsius. No one tried marketing energy drinks to sloots but Celsius realized there are TONS of basic sloots and went after the market. Turns out it's not just tradie losers at gas stations that want a pick me up drink.

I think a decent market is something like "micro energy drinks". Basically for someone that wants to drink a bang or monster but doesn't want it to cause heart issues.

I think food products with caffeine is compelling idea (caffeine gum, caffeine ice cream, caffeine snacks,). Even something weird like caffeine face cream where it absorbs into your bloodstream. Sloots and moms would totally use that.

nobody is gonna tell you what business to do.

just do it, it's easier and harder than you think, in different ways.

i started a small business with my last $20k. other comparable businesses in my industry start with $80k+

with my last 20k, i now generate over 20k/month in profit. and it was my first business.

worth it 100% imo

When i first started my business, half of my close friends told me things like that, very discouraging.

The other half got extremely jealous and tried competing against me.

The ones who competed against me are doing far better than the discouraging ones.

There is a huge barrier to entry. Like for example McDonald's, you need like a million liquid to open one. There are franchises that don't have this barrier, but they're business no one has heard of. Chick FIL A only requires you have$10k liquid, but you have to be a true Christian, whatever that is, and they do check.

You have to be sitting on a huge chunk of change to do that. It's why you don't see many people do it.

Vivek graduated valedictorian of a Christian high, went to Harvard, then opened a business buying failed medical trials drugs to snake oil sell to investors. He enriched his Indian family to >100 million while none of the snake oil made investors money.

And then, he decided to represent America as president while also clearly scamming the political parties for money since there was 0 chance he’d win, obvious immediately
