Make sure you get a competent, local real estate attorney involved to assist you if you are going to file liens. It's easy to mess those up on a small technicality which can result in them not having any effect.

You dont just chop down trees, other wise you would be an arborist. Check your own advertisement on your trailer if you dont understand. The real point I was getting at is that you dont do anything of value. Other people, with marketable skill sets, do the work and then call you, excuse me, call your Boss/investor/dad/pimp?, to come clean up their mess. You ever think of why they call you? Its because moving trash from point A to point B isnt worth their time. They have houses to build, buildings to erect, cities to improve.
