Srs, I don’t do stuff like this so I’m a noob. Just buy an iPhone 14. They have emergency sat feature. It already saved some dude in Alaska.

Gorgeous pics. What was it like, not seeing another human the whole time? Was there a lot of total silence? I’ve heard from others that do this type of stuff that you can hear your own heartbeat after a while.

Saw a helicopter around grizzly lake and not one tent. Camped at Talus the first night, then hiked further west where there aren’t any campgrounds
Gonna hit you up next time srs

From Philadelphia, I could drive to where you can see the lights and there's even special camp sites, that are expensive, where you can stay.
I feel like I have bad luck when it comes to fun and I would pay a lot and it would end up cloudy. Then, I read that the lights are actually camera tricks, like you said, and not something you can really see with clarity.

If I travelled all that way and saw a little twinkle, I would be pretty sad.
