I am a little afraid of it. That kind of power needs to be respected. My huracan was AWD, so it was much more predictable. Even driving a stock 720 can be a handful. It is the first car that scared the sh!t out of me in a long time. I made the mistake of getting on it too much pulling onto the highway at 50mph and the a$$ end started to totally walk on me. I also 100% trust my mechanic who is also a good friend of mine and worked for McLaren for 6 years. If he says it is good...I know I wont be disappointed.
This will be fun at night watching the light from the flames bounce off the rear wing. One of the most fun parts of driving this car is the GIANT wing and active aero. When you hit the brakes hard, it goes almost vertical and completely blocks out your rear view. Something you never get tired to seeing. Just a cool and very fun car.

Happy B-day to you ID. I too turned the big 5-0 this year (early Jan).
Beautiful car.
Business partner has had 3 Ferrari's. 458, 488, and now his wife is driving a Lusso (I think). He made the trip to Italy with his sone to do the whole factory tour. Not sure what was all involved before getting the first 458.

My buddy has a GTC4Lusso. Hands down, the nicest interior of any car I have ever seen. Looks like you are sitting inside a custom hand bag. Just a beautiful car and a lot of people dont 'get it'. But stuff in a n/a v-12 and a few car seats and you are good to go!

Shot this last week. I have narrow shoulders and a wide waist so I dont look all that 'big'. But I was blessed with being strong and have good leverages on all lifts. Only thing that is hard to fit in are race bucket seats because my upper back and shoulders are xxl and my waist is 'med' so things are hard to fit. Have to have dress clothes custom made since I have a 16" drop. Good thing I dont need to get dressed up oftenWhat’s your weight? How will you fit in that thing srs

Just by their nature, they will always be 'slower' than a DCT because no human can shift as fast, but the enjoyment of driving comes from so many different areas.I only drive my camaro 1-2× a week but that is still enough to get used to it I guess. I would like to take it out to the track at least once. But at current power levels it is really too much and I would never push it because at this power. The risk of tracking cars is your insurance does not cover you. So you bend it, and it is your loss. But I am not as worried about that as I am breaking something. I tracked the Huracan once, just to say I did. I guess we will have to find a time to get this out. I would really enjoy the experience of riding with my son in this car around a track and seeing what he could do. He did the Huracan at 14 and he has a lot more track experience now. I am pretty sure it would be a blast!
Time will tell. Headed to pick it up in a few hours! Just had to clear room out in the garage.

Small little bump. I have not driven this car in a few weeks. Just been sitting on trickle. Weather has been not all that great and been busy. We met up with friends for a little meet up this AM.
I have never seen the car under full sun and I am totally blown away by the paint. The color is called Volcano Yellow, and now I see why. I thought the car looked good on a show room, but this color looks amazing in full sun and might be one of the most dynamic paints I have ever seen.
The last pic is someone at the meet who tagged me to comment on the paint also.
Had a great morning....now need to get back to work putting up the white car from our track day on Wed and start working on the dry sump for the other!
Oh yea...have to watch the race tomorrow as well
Qualifying was so great to watch. Alonzo in P5 makes me think this season is going to be great to watch! The entire field separated by only a little over a second.

But I will say that the past 10 years I have become more focused on real estate. That especially is not sexy but I see it as what I will focus on the next 10 years. It is not the amazing gains you see in a bull market, but you give it time and it will build true wealth. I am going to try to get my kids started young. We started building my daughters credit at 16. At 16 you can add your kids to your credit cards and it will be reported to their credit reports as their credit. Building and having good credit is very important. I try to not use credit, but it is a tool that when done properly can be very beneficial. I have some friends who make me look like I make minimum wage. One guy owns 350 mil in real estate. He is coaching me on taking my current holdings and how to grow them. No one taught me anything. I just operated how I thought would work well, but I am always eager to learn. So I am 50 and still seeking out advice of others. Again, no one is self made.
Congrats on your success bro, and thank you for sharring.

Guess I dont like to be defined by anything external. I laugh kinda at the guys who buy a lambo and then all of a sudden they are wearing lambo hats, lambo shirts...and probably underwear. Actually it is usually the Porsche guys that are doing that!

I have owned a handful of exotic cars and I dont have a single t-shirt or hat with a car brand on it. Just not the way I define myself. But to each their own.
