They are delicious sweet meat like high quality lobster.

They put spices in the build and that makes it better.

I don't like boiled potatoes AT ALL and these are delicious.

Eating them is a bit disgusting as you have to rip their bodies apart so I prefer crawfish in recipes where they are shelled. However, there's no way in hell I would turn down a boil.
