I trained 6-7 days per week for years and when I lowered it to just four or five days per week I put on a lot more size & strength.

If you absolutely must be in the gym 6 or 7 days per week. At least two of those day's should just be stretching, pushing/pulling a sled, LISS cardio, etc.

If you are natty I'd say 4 day's per week tops with 3 days of rest/recovery. If you are on anabolics 5-6 days per week.

There's no pros to lifting every damn day. It's pointless from a gains standpoint & takes time away from more productive (or fun) things. There's nothing good about being a gymcel, OP.

*Deadlifts pants after taking a chit crew*
*Typos can go fucl themselves crew*
*Nice miscer crew*
*Loves reps, hates negs crew*
*Faps before workout crew*

*Faps during workout crew*
*Hates onions crew*
*Faps after workout crew*
