Mostly likely not.

The workers would have likely been more focused due to not being so short staffed resulting from Biden’s March 2021 Covid bill - as well as Biden’s executive order the first week in office, allowing employees to quit - and get extended unemployment because they’re scared to work.

The above policies - along work months of extra monthly child credit - caused the labor shortage situation to be much worse, and prompted a spiral of worldwide inflation.


This added more stress to the workers.

The labor shortage also likely caused less safety checks - resulting in these wheel bearings burning up and the axle braking.


Also the company is having to deal with all the commodity cost increasing due to weak Biden fostering an environment for the Ukraine war.
