I've been flipping NFTs for a year and a half now. Lower lvl stuff, not stuff worth 10s of ETH, too risky for me.

Sometimes it's actually fun, most of the times it feels like work.

I do woodworking as a hobby/side hustle. Mostly custom cutting boards, signs, and some small furniture. I also custom CNC and 3D print high power rocket parts. I wanted a big CNC router for my basement, so I started doing projects to help pay for itself and it kinda took off. Wedding season and xmas time is great for stuff like that.

My hobby ended up netting me a 22% raise at my main job. I wanted to learn CNC programming so I made the investment to really learn it.

Worked out well

I have a Shapeoko gathering dust. Share some of your stuff, maybe it'll motivate me to start using it again.

I just use Vectric Aspire for now, can't be bothered to learn more.

This is my 9th year to own a snoball stand. My wife and her friend are business partners. I do some of the maintenance. It CAN be a full time job at first but once employees are trained, hire a manager and sit back and rake in the cash. It was about 30k to start it up.

My wife keeps herself busy growing microgreens, she got the idea from tiktok. I thought it was a waste, but we live close to a lot of hipster grocery stores and they buy it up. I think for the 15'x5' space she uses she gets like 800-1200 profit a month just doing a little watering, planting and packaging. You could try that if you're near some hippy grocery stores, i guess.

"Side" hustles are just that. A bit of money on the side.

if you want to invest a large portion of your time in them you can make some money but that hardly would be a side hustle then.

remember, the internet makes these seem easy but reality is far different.

Its like if you go to these mlm events. They will always have some people who seem to be making a fortune and they seem like average people. They are far and away the exceptions to the rule plus they are working like dogs every day.

I told them thanks but no thanks and did the entire thing myself. It was a long, chitty day, but I got it done, and it's still fine years later. That was back in 2018, so I bet they'd ask for well north of $1k to do the same thing today in 2023. That type of tradie labor is retardedly exepensive.
