In the 24 months since Jan. 6, 2021, more than 950 individuals have been arrested in nearly all 50 states for crimes related to the breach of the U.S. Capitol, including over 284 individuals charged with assaulting or impeding law enforcement. The investigation remains ongoing.

Anyone with tips can call 1-800-CALL-FBI (800-225-5324) or visit tips.fbi.gov.

Remember, the right are very anxious to run together the two distinct insurrections in an effort to downplay it.

The first is the one that most people talk about; people storming the Capitol to overthrow the government.

The second was the far more devious and underhanded political and legal effort from Trump and Co to subvert the Constitution and democratic norms by tossing the will of the people, the electoral college, and declare themselves the winner when they clearly lost. This was after they'd exhausted all manner of legal recourse, after it was clear they'd lost, they turned to illegal actions to destroy democracy and hold onto power.

That was the point of the Jan 6th committee: Not only gather the evidence for future policies and laws, but to inform the populace. They deserve to know these people are treasonous effing criminals. Criminals.
Back off, Warchild.

Seriously.

That's why the NYC story a few threads below this one is so horrifying. During the riots the folks 'kettled' were let out almost instantly, there were videos showing them being temporarily held/released, never charged. Even after smashing/looting the Nordstrom etc. here.

And now, they're going to receive financial compensation for it. I am tempted to say 'clown world' but I know of nowhere in the Western world where it is this retarded, srs, perhaps Canada I guess. JFC.

Well, the arrests happened on Trump's watch and he had the opportunity to pardon them, but he declined because he thought the optics would be terrible for a 2024 run. He has suggested in rallies, though, that he would give them pardons if he's ever elected president again, LMFAO, SON.
Deepfat: "I guarantee I beat you by at least 6 strokes. Afterwards, I'll slide my thick conservative cawk in your old lady just to finish the job."

z4: "So when are you available in September to play?"

Deep: "On second thought, I don't play golf with broads. You're such a scumbag that I'd be much more inclined to just slap the chit out of you."

z4: "MMA match works, too. So when are you available this month?

Deep: "I won't subject myself to being in the presence of a scumbag."
