It's easy enough when you have a career and such. IDK what a train clerk makes, but I doubt it's much. You need a career.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Getting a mortgage is easy as hell. I bought my first house by myself at 22. You just can’t have a minimum wage career like you do lmao

Imagine you have 100k.

You spend 100k on the mortgage. Now you just have a house

Now imagine you have a mortgage at 3% interest rate. So year 1 you owe 3k.

But you have 100k cash on hand. So you buy some bonds which give you 5% returns. So now you have 5k and owe 3k.

You pay the interest and rub your hand jewishly as you execute your (((business))) maneuver

Misc: Full of self-proclaimed CEO $10k /day types who chill on yachts and at country clubs while laughing at wagecel cucks.

Also, the misc: "It's impossible to afford a mortgage without being married to some bird who most likely has debt issues herself".

This. At least then you'll know exactly what you're qualified for and how much you need to save for a down payment.
