I don't know if my grandpa was in any wars or not but I do know he ordered a lazyboy recliner and he was pissed because the furniture store didn't deliver it after a week. He went to the furniture store and sat in their recliner, when the employee asked if he had been helped he told them "yes last week when I ordered a recliner just like this one. You haven't gotten mine to my house yet so I'll just sit in this one until mines ready" they delivered his chair that afternoon.

It wasn't brave but it was effective. He was kind of a bastard.
