Erling Haaland is actually extremely athletic for a tall player. Usually they're not very agile.

If by greatest athletes you mean dominant in thier sport Eddy Merckx has to be up there. Absolutely insane achievements, second one (Hinault) doesn't even have half his chit and he's still miles ahead of the guys fighting for third place, at least so far.

Also Djokovic and Nadal have won a chit load of stuff and that's with them having to share Grand Slams between them and all-time #3 too. I'd argue it's gonna tip in favor of the Serbian in the future, but it's close right now.

The topic is athlete. Not success, but the most athletic. Quickness, versatility, jumping ability, decision making, power, agility, endurance, clutch. Wilt Chamberlain could do anything and was successful at it. He had a pro volleyball career. Jordan played two sports, so did Deion. Bolt is a freak of nature, fastest man ever...Adrian, watch old film from Oklahoma. I haven't watched a ton of Bo Jackson, so he certainly might be better.

they are neither winners, nor do they stick out as all time athletic freaks. Deion Sanders "dual sports" claim is vastly overrated, because he was a below average baseball player.

they really don't belong on either list of either most dominant or physical freak specimen.
