Its the goat. Srs. I thought it was weird af but on a good bagel with actual quality cream cheese it is really quite bonkers.

Not as much cream cheese obviously as a straight cream cheese bagel, but a skim if you will. Think of it as like butter+cheese instead of cream cheese and it makes more sense.
