All the rap music videos and movies have made Miami extremely popular with the ghetto demographic. Sadly it is nothing like it was 10 years ago and seems lost forever. I try to mostly avoid ESPECIALLY during any of their ghetto events like Spring Break. Spring Break there at night looks like a legit prison riot nowadays.

Yeah I was shocked at how ghetto and ratchet south beach had become. There were so many 3 wheeled slingshot rentals with LEDs blasting absolute ghetto mumble rap driving up and down ocean drive and revving. The open air gym is still nice tho during the day.

It's funny because it used to be a sleepy retirement community and then the gays took over and then the rich took over as the gays moved to ft lauderdale and now the ghetto took over as the rich moved further north to bal Harbour.

Tourists ruin things.

I've been to fkkn Lake Havasu Arizona for spring break and it was a zoo. That town barely exists 50 weeks a year.

Where do they go then? Wynwood was so dirty too with ugly black supremacist murals everywhere and bordering the actual ghetto, but hip with trendy restaurants. I tried west palm beach but it was really sterile and boring. Brickell is heavily Latino but nice cityscape. Coral gables sound like another palm beach.

Boca, Delray, and Boynton were pretty nice a few years ago. I lived there when I was a kid in the late 70s-early 80s. Not sure what it's like now.
