Don't go NC so that they come back
Go NC because it's the best way of doing things.
If anything, let her know one time you're willing to change n stuff (if you haven't already), and then go NC.
And use the experience to reflect and become even better, sometimes these things happen so we can learn from them.

Really work on your self-control. By being a hot head and blowing up and arguing, you're acting like the woman in the relationship, not the man. Those are the kind of things women do, not you as a man. Time to do some real self-reflection boyo. Anyways, my condolences, I know how bad it hurts.

If you want her back, why dont you just try to get her back?
Go to therapy and learn how to be a respectful partner, fix your ****, and try to make things right.
If you arent prepared to do that, go NC.

I'm definitely serious about self improvement and all, for my own personal reasons and convictions but ofc things like this serve as a catalyst for self reflection.
I know no girl is perfect but in today's dating climate, its difficult to find a quality girl. Really messed up here, fumbled the bag.

It's only lately that people who have issues with their temper have been called out to figure out why they have it and fix it. In the past it was acceptable and even spun in a positive way (ie caring enough about things to get worked up over them or standing up for ones self).

As for going no contact in hopes that she'll miss you and beg you back? That's just mind games. She deserves better, and she knows it.

Just move on breh. Nothing in the world is worse than living around some angry ******* who can't control their emotions. It ALWAYS ruins the vibe and fun times, it is truly awful.
