No employees were harmed during the assault though, to my knowledge. This was civilian on civilian crime. I'm not sure about the legal ramifications of this, especially if Tekashi doesn't press personal charges. These are certified hoodlums, so they probably don't give a phuk if they serve 90 in a level 3 for petty assault. That's just a mini vacay for porch loiterers.

Already stated I'm not lawyerbrah. But, I know enough that the ramifications won't be nearly as great for the assailants if Tekashi refuses to press personal charges. LAF likely won't do much either, because none of their employees were involved and Tekashi just got scuffed up.

It'll be up to the local DA to pursue criminal charges. But based on recent trends in society, there's a good chance they'll be let off with a warning and lifetime ban from their franchise.
