Also I think he's basically vegetarian which is most likely why he looks frail/brittle. He isn't getting enough sunlight or protein. He looks kinda weird TBH. Looks like an unhealthy 45 year old.
Yeah I'd say it's odd for him to see himself as an example when he looks frail and sickly. Mark Sisson (the Primal dude) promoted a very different style of health, though I think he may have had a heart attack which people used to try to undermine his approach.
