Yawn. Reality will hit long before September. The better teams are just cruising along right now. They will get into gear and the zerOs will crumble like they always do. Everyone is a contender in May.

All it takes is Mookie Betts, Steph Curry, and Joe Burrow all sitting in the same car in order for one drunk driver to make the world a significantly better place.

We are sadly seeing the Pirates fade though. And I don't think it's long before Arizona follows them, especially now that they've lost first place. It's only a matter of time before they recognize they can't keep pace with LAD to retake it.
Really as long as the Cardinals stay down buried and the Angels and Rangers push the Astros out of the playoffs, along with the Orioles, I'll take that as a successful MLB season any day.
This right here suits me just fine:
AL
1. Rays
2. Rangers
3. AL Cental who cares
4. Yankees
5. Orioles
6. Angels
NL
1. LAD (probably.... Braves have too many injuries and it's showing lately)
2. Braves
3. Brewers
4. Mets (probably, because I don't see them playing bad forever)
5. San Francisco (the main benefactor of Zona chokes)
6. ???? Maybe Miami. Could be Cubs, Phillies, or Padres though. This one is left for whoever decides to make a run basically.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

2017
Following their literal walk-off win last night over the Rays, the Orioles now sit at 14-6 and a game and a half up on the Yankees in the AL East. Considering their current offensive slump, it’s been quite a start for a team that was expected to once again rely heavily on their bats.
By all accounts, this has been a historic start to the season for the Birds. Through the season’s first 20 games, 14 wins matches their second highest total in franchise history.
2016
Baltimore came firing out of the gate, winning seven games in a row to open the season. The O's rode that first week to an early first-place standing.
On June 1, they were two games back of the Red Sox at 29-22; to open July they were four games up on the Sox at 47-32. When the first half closed, the O's were on top of the AL East and 15 games above .500 (51-36) on the way to an 89-73 finish and a tie with the Blue Jays in the standings, four games behind the 93-69 Red Sox.

Blake Treinen keeping it real. Sports should be about sports. No one wants this propaganda or politics push mixed in. Know your brand and put a good product out there with gameplay. F*ck this other stuff already.

As an Aussie who is newish to the sport. Why would Seattle for example yesterday go past AAA to AA to find a pitcher who has only thrown a few times in AA? Wouldn’t a 2nd division pitcher be 100x better?

I went to the Nats vs. Phillies game yesterday and that "rainbow" was well represented in fans and corporate sponsors.

If more people start backing that what they really want to see is just baseball and not all this other stuff then MB (and other companies) might start to recognize their consumer base isn't interested.
Right now there's nothing to lose because everyone puts up with it, so why not cater to the Pride community and pull in more "fans". Or do you think these companies do these stunts because they want to support these groups agendas? LOL.... it's all about money. If your consumer base will put up with it while you pursue another pocket of the population then that means more money.

Take for example the wave your caps for the military inning, pups in the park, yoga in the stadium, college/university hat night, and many others.
It is all set up to gain younger, newer fans like the nba has.

Spoiler!
