Studies show that morning is best time for cardio (increases metabolism for day) but mid-late afternoon is best time for lifting (better hydration, warmer joints = better gains, less likely to get injured). Since women aren't lifting heavy, am is fine but for guys I def try to lift some time in the afternoon or early evening.
**Eat lots and lots of birds. The smaller the bird, the more compact its protein content. Parrots are great sources for protein.**

On my work days, I go to the gym around 5-6 AM and it's 90% women and 10% autists (myself included.) I go anywhere from 7-10 AM on my days off, which usually consists of older people and dudes.
