Reality is they dont. They might act like they do with a bunch of false bravado and saying they are 10's and all that but they have mirrors like everyone else. They see themselves and are their worst critic as they compare themselves with unrealistic standards of their own choosing.

Once you get behind that facade you see the real mental issues.
