i think (hope this doesnt sound racist) But i think you need to cut off the blood stream of a bad culture for one generation. Then let the black people raise their babys again.

So raise first generation of blacks by white people. Then allow that generation to raise their own children.

Its like imagine you have a bunch of dogs who roam the streets and attack people. They raise their little ones to be like them. But take the puppies away and let someone like Boris Johnson raise the puppy it will totally change

how that puppy raises its own children.
