Same. I got addicted to overwatch from 2016-2022. I enjoyed it at times, but eventually realised I was just obsessed with rank. I need to be above average.

I've not played any games at all since August 2022. If I do get back into games, I promised myself only single player games for a good campaign maybe 2-3 times a year.
