-lingering pstd from last relationship. Literally called in sick today from work and smoked a j and took a walk in the park . For some reason my anxiety just creeped up on me
- kept trying to calm myself down by saying " just a walk in the park , it shouldn't be difficult "

Tourette Syndrome that is comorbid with anxiety and panic attacks and maladaptive daydreaming and sleep disorders, etc.

Also an eating disorder from it all.

I never take days off srs. I can be severely depressed or burnt out but I keep pushing forward. I think when you take a mental health day then you just give it more power over you, ded srs.

Thats just me tho. Hope you're feeling better boyo.

I struggle with OCD, thankfully I have a decent grasp on it now. But it does flare up alot when Im stressed

Sorta lucky I never had a panic attack in my life srs. Alot of ppl seem to struggle with them

Anxiety - need ***** daily or can’t leave my house without having a panic attack

PTSD - got misgendered one time and ever since then I get triggered when I hear a male raise his voice

Depression - life is suffering

Autism - thanks to the Covid vaccine

Schizophrenia - All the voices in my head take on the characteristics of different miscers. Getter_done is the most brutal

Latina fever - this one is the one that’s gonna take me out

Highly impulsive, difficulty with social situations, trouble controlling emotions, prone to anxiety, unable to maintain relationships, make poor decisions, lack of self control. But feel better since quitting drinking. Still feel like my normal chit loser self, just not dying and my brain works better.

But I’m at least a 5/10 on the Hamson scale, and have a decent penor, and 5’11” So could be worse.
