The irony is that there is a game that predates Pokemon called "Shin Megami Tensei" which is like pokemon with demons.

The popular Persona series is a spin off of SMT.

I guess the real issue is figuring out how bad it can really get. The end of the world crowd think the end is always near, but maybe that's because of lack of creativity. I remember (when was it?) I think Obama was president and ISIS (0bongo called them ISIL like a tard) was scaring Christian end timers into saying Revelation is coming, but it didn't come.

If they didn't do it all the time, people might be more inclined to believe it, but even I think they are just doing it for sensationalism and selling their expensive books. Like Steve Quayle is saying how the end times are coming, but at the same time, he is selling a book about Nazis living in Antarctica.

What's crazy is that Yugioh was crazy popular when I was kid too, but never heard anything from these people. My school didn't even ban it, but Pokemon was banned.

If everything is demonic, I could understand, but this is just a card game. No demons are being summoned and kids aren't trying to do that in real life. The energy cards (he calls them demonic balls of earth wind and fire or something) don't even exist in the anime. It's just a game mechanic in order to slow down the game like Magic the Gathering uses Mana. Games like Yugioh don't even have this cost and now games can end like on the first turn consistently.

You don't know what Pokemon is, but are labeling it as demonic? That basically the problem with the the religious nowadays and in the past. Something gets labeled as having to do with Satan and out of context, and it's seen as bad. I'm surprised the bible isn't censored by the religious Christians. It's like if I said "did you know the bible talks about gays and they have a whole story on Sodom and Gomorrah, the bible is filled with satanic imagery". That's basically what these people are doing to label things as satanic.

The guy says word for word that the villains in the show cross dress, but here comes Mr "Christian", probably thinking that Team Rocket was the good guy.

I guess that's why California churches are now openly pro-gay. Bad guys can't be gay, so it's Ok to be gay /s

Pokemon comes from Japan, which is a non-christian country.

Jesus acknowledged some men who cleaned their home of evil spirits, and the vacuum led to far stronger evil spirits coming in after. The point was presence of Jesus was required, not simply absence of xyz vice.

That could have easily explained what you mean if you would have said that in the 1st place.

Anything related to non-Christian is satanic. I see where this is coming from. Now I see why many Christians scour the internet for obscure websites, it's to find media produced by other Christians. I guess that makes sense.
