"Lost the tech" you know, that thing we do all the time after the greatest achievements in history. Like that time we invented the nuke, then kept and improved the tech. Or the time we invented stealth air craft that can break the speed of sound and kept and improved on it. Or was it the time we invented the tech to access natural gas deposits, no wait we kept that and improved it too. Damn, there MUST be an example of this happen just one single time in history???
Oh well, at least the other scientificly advanced nations with the same goals, same shared science and same availability to resources have done it since 70 years ago like they have with all the examples above....

Still, the outwards appearance often belies the advanced engineering and materials that wouldn't be recognized by a layperson like myself. To think otherwise is ignorant IMO.
So the lander wasn't made to contain any type of breathable atmosphere.
so it makes sense they skimped on the exterior shell.
the frame was super lightweight and probably relied on the astronauts only being in certain spots.
it really was an aluminum can.
balls of steel to strap yourself into that and get shot into the sky.
also Lance Armstrong.
first man on the moon.
nobody even remembers the other dudes names.
if i heard them i'd probably remember one was the second man on the moon.
Lance mogged everyone on that misson.
