Not gonna lie. I sort of agree. It sounds bad on paper. Hank wouldnt have done anything if hobo was more hobo-y or was older. It wasnt one of those shaky raggedy bums. Describing an event and not claiming that you were involved is not valid self-incriminating evidence. I could have been retelling a story that happened to a friend, could have been a witness, could have wished it was me involved in what happened to a coworker. There is no detail mentioned that only the person who was involved would know. I also never mentioned that the picture was of Hank after the altercation. On another note, crazy that today in NYC some guy choked out another crazy bum, actually killing him. Couple of days ago I was walking to work and some 60yo 5'5 homeless crackhead guy lunged at me and then kinda started talking ****. I was like wow and looked at him thinking wtf I'm twice your size and half your age.

But I didn't do chit, just took a step back, raised an eyebrow, and went on my merry way. Because I'm not about to clobber some homeless guy. But I wish I was about that life sometimes, somebody's gotta do it right?


I think it's the only way these guys can get someone to acknowledge their existence.
