Trudeau's Canada, folks.
That makes no sense.

Well let's see...

"Half of Canadians would agree to allow adults in Canada to seek medical assistance in dying due to an inability to receive medical treatment (51%) or a disability (50%)."

Which socioeconomic group do you think has the most difficulty in receiving medical care during an apparent shortage? It sure as hell isnt the wealthy/political class. But i guess you'll have to actually see it happen before you realize it.

My grandfather dying of bone cancer had maid, died respectfully in his home.

homeless people waste a ton of beds as well as poor geriatrics waste tons of beds on med surg floors due to lack of care homes. But yes, in your dystopian Canada fantasy poor people are being rounded up and slaughtered

ive literally had patients that were in the same bed for a year waiting for a nursing home bed, that bed is like 500-1100 a day depending on the level of care. BRB spending 250+k a year to keep an 85 year old with no next of kin alive that is immobile but we're killing these people
Great MAGA King status

Give it some time, bro. These things dont happen overnight. The overlords need to get a feel of how much support it has amongst the public first.

"Canadians are split when pondering if mental illness should be a justification for an adult to seek medical assistance in dying: 43% support this idea, while 45% are opposed." That’s 1 in 4 on board with euthanasia for the poor and the homeless. Among the 18-34 crowd, it’s 40%.

Now they know.
