Supernatural was great through Season 5. Then it went off the rails. I never got The Wire. Maybe it got good later, but it just felt like any other police procedural to me.

Supernatural got better again. Different seasons had different arcs. Bobby and Crowley were great later on. Not so much their whore mom.

I was able to watch succession until the car part. For whatever reason I cannot stand stupid things like that.

Curb your Enthusiasm

Yellowstone for a few seasons before it gets kinda lame. Deadwood is similar.

Alpha Males was entertaining for something lighter.

There are plenty of older movies in foreign languages like "the valet" and "dinner for idiots" that are entertaining. That Gad guy from "Big in France" is in a lot of light comedies.

Plenty of good documentaries out there, but it seems like everything is reverting back to torrents unless you want to watch something lame.

The Adam Sandler murder mystery movies were entertaining.

I am also looking through this thread for ideas and just get reminded how different my tastes seem to be. I watch the trailers for some of these shows and there is no appeal.

Band of Brothers

I agree on Mad Men and Silicon Valley. I like to watch Peter Thiel interviews on YouTube. The investor in Silicon Valley is supposed to be based on him. Not sure if I would enjoy it as much knowing the actors are such douches in real life.
