Maybe if you got limb shortening surgery the micro wouldn't be as noticeable. Maybe try going from 5'8 to 5'1.

I mean, how much height can realistically be gained with something like this? meaning you'll have full leg function after the surgery and you won't look all goofy proportioned

can't be more than 1-2 inches at most

Although being a manlet can be brutal at times I’d never consider this, not worth having pencil legs and barely being able to walk.
