Probably not, I just worry about how safe some of these multi vitamins really are. I rarely drink alcohol and don't smoke cigarettes so at least I have that going for me

i was in whole foods looking for something fresh and new because i don't mind an inexpensive 1 month experiment.
well this one i can feel a HUGE difference on, so i must be deficient in many things; i will be buying this again 100%.

There you go, just one quick note, that brand does contain soy, that’s the only thing I don’t like about them, it’s small amount and fermented but still..

You what mate? So you sht on my stuff because it has soy mentioned as vit k2 source somewhere in the igredients and you promote this other sht that literally has soy flour listed as the first and main igredient?

2 years ago i read on a German bodybuilding site that fears of soy were overblown and they linked a study.
