feels good after though
when I was my leanest I was doing 2
I am like 230 pounds though so that prolly makes it harder.
after a certain point.. just feels like you're burning too much cals

Keep this information/video in your back pocket. There is a part 2 as well. I got my aerobic threshold tested in a collegiate athletic lab and glad I did. Gave me lots of information

Is it possible you caught something from one of your Brazilian whores that may explain your pitiful time?

Although I don’t plan to run for a while it’d be nice to maintain my cardio gains.
Even though my physique is chit rn I’m in the best shape of my life cardio/fitness wise.

Congrats man. The vast majority of people wouldn't even be able to complete a half marathon. Solid job

That itself is a massive achievement.

Maybe cos I’m not use to running with thousands of other people, especially trying to overtake everyone.
Another theory is that almost all my training was done in cold weather, today was fairly warm so ain’t used to it.

My last long run was 10 miles in 1 hour 20 mins then after that I rested for 7 days straight.

Impressive. Ded srs. I've ran a lot in my life but never went past 10 miles and very rarely did more than a 5k. No way I'd ever try a marathon

Good job, Opie.
I know the feeling. I ran a half marathon a couple weekends ago and it was 6 minutes slower than my last one and I am absolutely gutted. I had an awesome training working up and felt great when I finished. I need to run another ASAP to wash this experience out of my mind.
I have no desire to do a full, major props bro.

Was limping rest of the day with burning feet, struggling to go up the stairs.
Ran in Nike Quest 4’s, only cost me £50/$60 I’ve had these shoes for a year now.
Really I should of brought proper marathon shoes a few weeks before the event but didn’t bother lol.

How far into it did you develop the blisters? Blisters or knocks will slow your pace by a lot without realizing it.
