I looked clownworld right in the eye in 2020 peak covid tardation and said PHCUK YOU. Started my marketing agency shortly after. Working remotely in turkey for 4 weeks and ***** for 6 weeks that summer/fall. Have been setting myself up for this lifestyle for a while. Im not a fulltime nomad im home 6 months a year but i dont want to be stuck ever. Whenever I get a chance, can and will get up and gtfo of toronto.

BRB 150K villa in turkey with a stream running through your backyard
BRB 400K villa in compound in *****
BRB 100K high-rise in colombia
All combined cheaper than a single liveable property in Toronto. Airbnb rent them out the months you're not occupying, hire properyt management compnay (there are many) and enjoy ur cashflow

That seafood platter you see is the equivalent of $7 USD LOL.
Theres fancy places here thatll run you a meal for $20-30 USD but the quality of the food will be otherworldly.

Average spend on food here for me is less than $15. I'll use "Rappi" (ubereats of SouthAmerica) when I CBA to get up and go eat. extremely cheap. Like, negligibly so.
