I understand you're in a tough financial situation, but taking your frustrations out on black people who are just minding their own business won't do anything to ease your financial burden or make your living situation in the ghetto better. IB also sounds soul sucking and stressful. I bet a lot take work home with them too. No thanks.

Lol, I actually do notice these tricks. My city has been running misleading articles lately about winning all these awards for best place to live, and the housing market never being higher. Which is all just information to juice the Spring Real Estate market.

Yep, I had a friend who did IB in NYC after undergrad, and burned out in like 5 years. Like he'd come home to visit for the weekend and still be taking calls on Saturday night to make sure some guy sitting in his NYC apartment and also not going out was working on some nonsense report for Monday.

Fuk that. Maybe for a couple years to have on the resume, but that's it.

I make close to that, self employed, and I don't even have a storefront. Service job. Been in business for 10 years. That being said I support a family of 4 in a very expensive city so I'm basically poor although I get all my groceries from whole foods and take dope vacations.

Can't imagine having 3 storefronts and all the expenses and stress that come with it for anything under 500k/year personally.
