Great point, TheAlderian. I guess we should give money out as much money as possible to people who spend it because it will be a stimulus. Great thought!

Take $113 billion that the government doesn't have. Then send a card to all the people who think they deserve a piece thanking them and that a donation in their name has been sent to Ukraine. Reparations solved.
