I've learned that most women dont age mentally. They might act more adult if they find a good partner, a responsible man with good leadership skills - they will mirror his actions but still have the capability to act out on her childish tendencies of attention and validation seeking.

I've dated 30+ year old women who were far more immature than the 18 year olds I dated in the past.

Man thanks for putting that into perspective. I wasn't sure if my actions were turning her off, however she would be doing this regardless. I was just lucky to call out her BS and be done with it.

Everyone is different regarding communication and frequency. If you like frequent communication then you need to find someone else who does as well. It's just not going to work if you're with someone who won't/can't give you what you need. Also, if someone is genuinely interested, they will make it easy. If you're constantly chasing with no reciprocation then the other person is just not that interested. It should be mutual, not one sided.

Right and as soon as you go back to giving her more attention she'll go back to the infrequent texting. If someone truly is interested in you you shouldn't have to play these games to get them to show interest. My point was, if you like frequent communication you need to find someone who does as well.
