I’ve gone two or three weeks without a BM on multiple occasions. I always believed it was due to the stress of my body using up every bit of the food I was eating. As long as I was peeing regularly, I didn’t think about it too much.

More than a week.
After a surgery. I was stuck on the bowl straining for over an hour. Stink nugget was at full dilation. Tried plucking the turd out, didn’t work. Wanted to goto the hospital to get it removed, but every time I stood up (to get the blood flowing to my legs again) it hurt like hell. I was certain I was going to rip my taint.
Eventually pushed it out, fully expecting a bowl of blood and possibly a 10lb newborn. Really wish I took a picture of what was in there. It was as thick as my wrist (in before a-noose is fisting size).
My ballon knot was in pain for days afterwards, srs. Felt like I was ràped with a bowling ball.
Now I take stool softener before and after every surgery. And after a couple day without dumping, I’ll take a laxative.

Constipation, the dream disease. I have an IBD condition and at times could use the bathroom more times in a month than most use it in a year. Not that I'm scientific about this. thankfully those bad old days are behind me, knock on wood.

The last time I went longer than 24 hours without taking a dump, I went about 2 days while ill with some nasty bug and felt like I was going to explode and die before the Miralax and prune juice licked in. I am convinced that when you hear stuff like women claiming they go an entire week without shiiitting, that's total bs, they at least gotta be letting out some mini shiiiiits in between all that time srs
